Miriam is struggling with regards to fatigue when she’s following the low carb healthy fat diet. She’s been following it strictly, she says, for the last seven months.
She doesn’t need to lose weight, but she doesn’t want to gain but she’s just feeling tired all the time. Is there something she can add to her diet or is there something she can do to improve that feeling of fatigue the whole time?
