I didn’t feel like doing my scheduled workout today, as I was feeling a bit flat. Letting my emotions get the better of me & starting to feel down but I just went ahead & did my workout as planned, as I know it will make me feel better. It instantly picked me me up & the shift in my energy levels have changed. It’s another win where I said I was going to do something & followed through with it.
