Feeling Off and Feeling Like a Fraud!

During this short episode I am showing myself completely vulnerable and transparent. 

Soon I will be hosting my 3 Day Masterclass and in this hot phase I was feeling completely beside myself.

I had no energy, felt drained to the extent that I barely wanted to get out of bed and my body was rebelling towards any effort of doing what I knew would make me feel better!

I hadn’t felt this OFF in ages and here we are again shortly before I am supposed to tell everyone – and a lot of people have signed up for the masterclass – how to deal with those moments of self-doubt, spiraling negative thoughts and disempowerment. 

I was feeling like a fraud. BIG TIME. 

Sharing my feelings and experience with a dear friend after experiencing a day on which I felt completely off and like a fraud 

I realized that this is EXACTLY why I can relate to people who seek help from me so well. 
It’s BECAUSE I know what they are going through.

I know that life is a rollercoaster and that it’s an ongoing process to stay in a good vibration.

FACT is that - There is this injured SELF from our childhood that keeps popping up AND on the other side there’s the DIVINE YOU – Your Inner Being that’s completely at peace and trusting in the process. 

But we shouldn’t forget that they were initially created to keep us safe. 

You can rewire your brain - YOU can change.

You have the choice between reaching out for help
or USE the tools that you have available for those moments of OFF-ness:
 

·      RTT Technique – the part of discomfort pain – where is it and what does it look like – release it.

·      Is there an incident that is related to that feeling. What is it and how old were you then.

·      Treat yourself WELL! Be kind to yourself.

·      Breathwork can be very powerful. Sit for 3 minutes and breathe consciously – the longer the better obviously.  

·      Meditation – Listen to positive audios or YouTube sequences.

·      Surround yourself with people who make you feel good. 

·      Exercising – Any or running.
