Feeling stuck is one of most common phrases that I have encountered in the online space. I’m sure there are many others but I know from personal experience as I’ll share in this episode as well as clients who I’ve coached with, this term tend to be a reoccurring one.

The question is, “what do you do when you are feeling stuck?”

I”m not sure there is any one right answer to this question. However, I do know what works for me when I actually decide to do something about it.

3. What am I learning – the zig zags of this journey, sticking to what I believe in and that it is a process, which requires much patience.

4. To give hope to you and others by sharing my story as well as offering my coaching services.
