Quit fighting the shadows that seem to be caused by a someone other than your Self. Change what you are imagining and you change your world.

You are not your name, body, ethnicity. You are God / Awareness, imagining this character you've created. You are infinitely greater than any of those things with which you identify yourself. 

When I first heard Neville say, "May I tell you, I do not worry," I knew I wanted THAT. I wanted to be that kind of person. But I imagined breaking the habit of worry was a struggle and that's what I experienced. Once you really know that I Am the cause and no one else, then you do stop worrying or worrying less and less. Knowing who you are, you now know how you got into the unlovely state and exactly how to get out of it.
