I noticed I used to overthink EVERYTHING! For me, a real shift occurred when I stopped doing that and noticed how much easier it is to trust myself. 

I got an exciting message from a listener, Julie. I share her story of how simple this stuff really is. I also talk about what I've noticed in my life when I'm resisting or truly surrendering to my wish fulfilled. 

So the numbers in your account are lower than you really want them to be even though you KNOW you successfully planted the seed. So what? It doesn't mean you failed. Unless you got stuck in a DOOM LOOP! (cue ominous music)

Seriously, it DOES NOT MEAN YOU FAILED. I used to give my power over to the bank account, giving meaning to the numbers. The cool thing is you can see it for what it is...nothing. It's just numbers on a screen (or paper).

I grew up saying 'Amen' at the end of prayers. As a kid I just assumed it was the way to signal everyone else that the pray was over. Amen isn't a thing to say at the end of prayer but rather the feeling reached while moving in imagination.
