Navigating through feelings can be difficult.  In the next two episodes, Ashlea and I will be discussing feelings.  In Part 2, we will examine what it means to feel other people's feelings or to be an empath.  We will discuss 10 traits of an empath and evaluate if each of us has any of those characteristics.  We would love to hear if you fall into any of those traits and if you identify as an empath.  Let us know.
