Well I didn’t see this coming…
I kept asking myself over these past few weeks what would the 50th episode of #campfifiuncensored be, and now it was next in line from our 1st episode dropped last October 2021.
I didn’t know that an episode I had recorded last 11/22/2021 would never find it’s proper position on our calendar until Today, Today the 50th “Special Edition” of the “Camp Fifi Uncensored” podcast and produced a special episode, again May I mention recorded last 11/22/21 and had not yet been published, a conversation with my dear friend #MichaelMosher, a Hollywood Makeup Artist for Film & Television who grew up and received his education and start in Connecticut, went onto San Diego after college then moved to Los Angeles and finally to Atlanta.
Michael’s unexpected passing away and the recording of our conversation, strangely on Michael’s last birthday, 11/22/2021…ironically today producing this episode on my birthday, 09/06/2022 and knowing after hearing the news of Michael’s passing, so many distraught with this news this was the time to share Michael and my conversation and why I launched this podcast to begin with, to create connections and conversations around the campfire that others would love to listen to, be entertained by, learn something and be inspired…
Michael Mosher was a man whom I adored from the moment we met, who through our very authentic conversation came to understand our connection more deeply, and how we could have gone on for hours and we did go on once the recording stopped!
Michael was a kind, talented, giving soul and artist, who was smart and who wisely navigated his path and his truth and touched many peoples lives along the way.
Michael’s kindness, training in all the arts and success as a Beauty, Character & Special EFX Makeup Artist whose recent stints on the CW series Legendary and Ordinary created a following of over 15k on IG, who were interested in #MichaelMosher artistry and knowledge, creator and teacher of Bald Cap application, who had a heart of gold who told funny “dad jokes” with an understanding of story telling whose passion was greater than his kindness and too young to lose!
In honor of Michael’s life and legacy as a Hollywood Makeup Artist I share the 50th Special Edition of the “CampFifiUncensored” podcast.
This podcast launched October 2021 and #MichaelMosher being kind said “Yes!” a month after this podcast platform launched and as we “gathered around the campfire” we proceeded to have a very organic authentic conversation that at times may seem raw and extremely honest and meant to be from the heart, experienced 1st hand and speaking from those experiences with passion for our art and craft and being filmmakers.
