Part 8 When is a vow not a vow? When it becomes a way to avoid telling the truth. The human race is skilled at hiding the truth instead of revealing it, but Jesus aims to make his people truth-tellers.

Part 7When Jesus tells us something for our own good, our first thought should not be to figure out how to get around what he is saying. But our hearts can be prone to play games with God -- and we end up hurting ourselves deeply when we do.
