Brent Wilson begins a new sermon series in the book of Acts, he preaches from Acts 1:1-26.

Our fourth Core Value is “Every Member a Missionary.” When we Make Jesus Essential, we can’t help spread the good news of the Gospel to those in our homes, our communities, and around the world.

Our third Core Value is “Radical in Generosity.” When we Make Jesus Essential we donate more and more of our resources and give more of ourselves to the Kingdom of Christ.

Our second Core Value is “Grow Better Together.” Christian growth happens in a loving, vulnerable, and generous Biblical community.

The first of our Core Values is being Rooted in the Gospel. The Gospel is the foundation of everything we do, the fuel that motivates us, and the focus of our entire lives.

The Gospel is essential to our mission. If we want to Make Jesus Essential then we must proclaim, understand, and practice the Gospel.

How can we Make Jesus Essential in every facet of our life? Pursuing the answer to that question is part of the mission of Fellowship Baptist Church.
