The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost. But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life. (1 Timothy 1:15–16)

This week in our study of Acts we see how God can save the worst of sinners, such as, Saul, who was a persecutor of Christians, yet God in His mighty power transformed Saul to Paul on the road to Damascus.

As they traveled along the road, they came to some water and the eunuch said, “Look, here is water. What can stand in the way of my being baptized?” Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart you may.” The eunuch answered, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” And he gave orders to stop the chariot. Then both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water and Philip baptized him. (Acts 8:36-38)

This week as we continue our walk through the book of Acts, we are focusing on the cause and effect of being touched by the grace of God. Please listen with us as Pastor Kevin highlights the acts of Philip the deacon, and examines his example of a grace-filled life.
