Fellowship Baptist Church - Vernon

As we begin our "I Believe in You" sermon series, we see that every generation has the responsibility to embolden the next to strive for greatness and seek after God's heart.

Preaching from Acts 5, Bro. Robbie Bradford reminds us that an obedient life is a life of impact.

Key points:

• Bold obedience usually triggers opposition;

• Bold obedience often releases God's miracles;

• Bold obedience ALWAYS requires faith.

We speak boldly about what we believe deeply.

What we pray reflects what we believe about God.

Scripture - Acts 4:23-31

Preaching from Acts 4:8-20, Bro. Robbie Bradford points out how boldness is behavior born out of belief.

1) God gives common people uncommon boldness

2) Your boldness will amaze the world

3) Spiritual boldness comes from knowing Christ

Being invested in the Kingdom causes us to pour out our time, talent, and treasure for Christ's sake rather than storing them up for our own.

Christians are called to be "influencers" by sharing our testimonies of how Jesus Christ has changed our lives.

Bro. Robbie Bradford preaches that every believer is an invaluable member of the body of Christ and is indispensable to the life and ministry of the local church.

Primary scripture: 1 Corinthians 12:12-26

In the first message of our new "I'm In" series, we see that everyone is invited to be part of God's family through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Preaching from Daniel 3, Bro. Robbie Bradford shares that

1) the world wants everyone wearing the same team colors

2) your colors are most visible when everyone else is bowing

3) real team loyalty is proven under pressure

4) you are never alone when you wear God's colors

5) proudly wearing our colors may convince others to do likewise
