August 13, 2017 SS, Matthew 26.pOur teacher was redirected to this topic during his studies on the doctrine of man. He was struck at how both Peter and Judas were with Jesus, yet both betrayed Him in different ways. The question that we thought about was this: what was the difference between them? One ended up in suicide; the other ended as a saint. Both had feelings of guilt after they betrayed Jesus. The difference was that one loved the Lord, and the other hated Him./p
