There are a lot of commands in the Scriptures, but when Jesus was asked which were the most important, He answered with these words, “Love God.…Love People.” Today we discover what that looks like in everyday life.

Anyone who tells you that Christians should never face tough times is ignorant of what Jesus taught, or lying. Difficult days come for us all, often without any real reason that satisfies. Today we discover the key to trusting Jesus during difficult days.

Addictions. Abuse. Theft. Natural Catastrophes. Injustice. Sickness. Death. These are but a few signs cause us pause and consider, “Something is wrong with our world!” So what is it and what’s the answer?

What are Christians to do during this pandemic? Do we obey our governing authorities or not? Can we remain isolated without being selfish & staying silent? Or do we disobey our authorities and engage everyone we see without worrying about physical contact, because we trust God alone? People often hear, “Christians aren’t perfect, just forgiven.” And while this is true, shouldn’t we be known for more? Shouldn’t Christians be known for forgiving others, sharing the good news of Jesus, walking in purity, wrestling in prayer, growing in maturity, and loving others? Yep!

If the Scriptures are true, then God sees all we do, and what we do demonstrates our love for Him. So, what would our actions from last week demonstrate…a love for God? Today we discover practical ways to please our King by honoring others & obeying Him.
