  • #8 Episode - An interview with Kelly Tamplin, founder of Complete Confidence Makeover
This week we sit down with Kelly Tamplin: former model, co-founder of Complete Confidence Makeover; accredited confidence coach; current Miss Universe Great Britain finalist and a serious ball of infection positive energy!
The audio on my end is a bit sketchy at times, but no one wants to hear me anyhow. Thankfully, Karen comes through crystal clear (we'll blame Zoom on this one somehow....)
It's a great talk about mental health, depression, suicide, the reality of pageantries, finding your inner confidence, and the ways in which Kelly is helping women right now.

  • #7 - An interview with Karen Craggs-Milne, founder of Conscious Equality
Pardon the strange start to this video; somehow the very start of the interview was cut off. it was unfortunate, but all that was missed was how Karen got to Canada and where she went to school. The really good stuff is still in there!
Karen was at first a seemingly intimidating interview. She's unbelievably accomplished; has a background and experience set that makes us pale in comparison; and speaks incredibly well.
But the interview was amazing to be a part of. She's so insightful on the issues of gender equality. I'm super excited for you to listen/watch this interview. There's tons of amazing stuff in there !
