𝐈𝐧𝐞𝐳 𝐑𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 was the Beverage Director for Windows on the World (a restaurant in the World Trade Center) at the time of 9/11. She and (her now husband), Stephen, both survived the horrific tragedy, but lost their jobs and were forced to reassess their careers. Against their families’ advice, they decided to open up their own restaurant in Inez’s hometown, and in 2022, they marked 20 years of successful restauranteering with Tarboro Brewing Company (@tarborobrewingcompany).
Join us for this week’s episode of Female Founder Friday to hear Inez’s heartwarming story of faith and perseverance. Inez offers advice on how to have those difficult conversations in your career, and as a leader, how to be able to adapt and delegate appropriately to meet the needs of your team and your business.
