 It is often implied, in the construction industry, that having a woman in the team is limiting. What does it take to change this narrative?

Our guest , a project manager in Nairobi, Kenya gives us a brief look into her work life . Discussing issues such as gender-related discrimination and the associated challenges  controlling the site, the team and the project as well as sexual harassment at the workplace and some of the work policies  that go a long way to mitigate this.

 It is important to change people's attitude  towards having women involved in a construction project.
