Self-care is caring for the body, not crying for vanity. It is thoughtfully tuning up, nourishing it and getting to know your body. And the better part is fully using it for the purpose that God created you!

Do art therapy by drawing, do coloring book or anything that enhances your inclinations to art. Go with nature, heal with nature. Just put a one day at a time thinking:"I would be better, I love myself and God loves me."

Loving oneself first before I can love my family, my friends and my co-workers. Have you read or listen to your soul dream? Wanting healing because of the purpose you have given yourself. Dream on. Live on. Heal on. Love on.

Accepts who you are, like yourself, want yourself and believe in the power of love of self. Make a list at least 10 today, 25 the next day and until 100 of ways to love myself and makes myself better!

Forgiveness does not happen overnight; it takes time for healing. You allow space for yourself to grow and you allow the person who hurt you a time to reflect.

Your addiction cannot continue if you did not received the help of other people, you have been healed because of the program you develop for yourself. Do good, feel good and be better for God 's glory. Live your mission!

If you are a happy person and want happy companion, you stick with people who are happy to be with. You would want to be a real person and if someone approaches you, be a person. God never gives a good follower a negative companion.

Remember, it is not too late or too early to start a friendship. It does take time to get to know who you are and the person who you want to be with.

You cannot find the healing if you don't see yourself accountable for this. I will find my support groups! I will find healing and believe that God wish me to do the same!

What matters is you seek the Higher Power in you and you will feel it and be answered for by Him or the Divine. Be ready to be supernaturally intervene in your life! Be ready to see all the beauty!
