Big announcement!
Over 3 years of Feminine & Fulfilled, it's time to change things up a bit. Tune in to hear the change that's happening and how I leaned into being flexible to make the change... even though a part of me wanted to keep everything exactly the same.
This episode is for you if you feel like there is a change coming up in your life but you're a bit hesitant to make it. Sometimes being flexible to change is exactly what you need to open up that next great thing that's coming into your life!
Have you ever shared your biggest fantasy? The one that you're scared to say out loud for fear of shame or judgment.
This isn't your typical episode to feel good.
Listen in as Kristen Lena shares why going to this very place will unlock the whole woman that you are. Why the parts of you you feel ashamed of are the very parts of you that give you permission for the parts you wish there was more of. This isn't your typical episode to feel "good"... but you'll definitely feel like a bad B afterward! And that's just as important!

O.M.G.
I've been feeling frenetic recently and it's been driving me bonkers! I start one thing and I can't get it done and then I start the next thing and I can't get it done and then I find myself hours later having gotten nothing done! Whenever I get into this space, it drives me wild because I start feeling bad about myself and know, through my work as a life coach, that I don't need to beat myself up about it. So then I can go further into the loop of feeling bad.
Truth is, though, there's actually something bigger at play vying for my attention that's even bigger than myself. Listen in as I share what that is and what you can do about it. It's time for an uprising, Beautiful! We get to have our time, attention, and sanity back!

What do you do when you have a completely different perspective than somebody else? You may only 'hear' about these people nowadays with information being so much in our own echo chambers...But here's an opportunity to have real conversations with real people who may think differently than you.
Meet Sophie Beren, founder of The Conversationalist, the go-to destination for generation Z to empower young people everywhere to use their voices for good. She created this platform when she realized that people were having conversations within their own echo chambers but not outside of those. The Conversationalist has now grown to a global movement and her generation could be the one to bring back the connection we're craving for in our world today.
Listen in as we have the deeper conversations around topics like not fitting in, cancel culture, and how we can connect from empathy instead of divisiveness. I learned a lot in this episode and hope you will too!

Divorce... Now it's my turn to talk about mine.
While I don't hold back in sharing that I've been divorced, I don't think I've ever opened up completely about the details of it. Inspired by my previous interview, it's time to answer the questions you have around my divorce. Speaking about divorce is something we get to normalize and also normalize different perspectives about it.
My former husband and I had an amicable divorce and there is a reason for that. Tune in as I share how I choose freedom above all and how I was able to cope emotionally...so that I can be the woman who I am today.

Divorce.
This is one of those topics that is triggering in more ways than one. No woman ever goes into a marriage imagining that it will one day end...and yet, that's the case for so many women. Meet Rayesa Gheewala who focuses solely on supporting women in the divorce process.
Sharing the story of her own heartbreak after a long standing marriage with 3 children, Rayesa opens up about how it was the moment for her to find herself. How divorce wasn't an ending but a re-birth in her life.
I couldn't agree more after experiencing divorce in my own life. This is a must listen if you or someone you know in this difficult circumstance. It's time to see divorce for all that it is and have the support to thrive afterwards.
Flowing... What would it be like if your life was in flow and you felt the ease of life and saw the success also show up? Tune in to this episode to hear me discuss how flowing is the feminine way of "achieving" and how you get to follow and create a new paradigm in your life that will actually WORK FOR YOU.
This one is a must-listen especially if you can get caught up in working really hard and you're ready for something different.
Special treat in today's episode! You're going to have a chance to meet my photographer, Ksenia Pro. She's a master at seeing you through the lens of her camera. In my latest branding photoshoot, she created shots of me that even I'm still staring at and wondering... who is that?! She joins Feminine & Fulfilled to share her best tips for you to look great in front of the camera whether you're taking photos of yourself or getting ready for a photoshoot.
And here's the best part. I didn't know this but Ksenia only came with $500 in her pocket from Russia and she wasn't allowed to work for several years. She takes us back to the hardest days of her life and shares how she found a way to find the light at that time... which has led to her successful business today.
If you're local to the DC area, run, don't walk to schedule a photoshoot with her!

These are a few of my favorite things! And not just a few... Listen in as I share ALL my favorite things...and how I gave them ALL away at my most epic party to celebrate 150 episodes of Feminine & Fulfilled. What better F-word could there be to celebrate 150 than Favorite?
And you know I couldn't keep things small so listen in as I take you behind the scenes of my Favorite Things Party where we celebrated with 100+ women. It was amazing, fun, and a true celebration with so many powerhouses!
As always, I go deep and also share how celebrating was also something difficult for me. It's something I continue to learn in my own life and to teach as well. This episode is sure to be your "favorite" (pun totally intended!)
