This episode allows the listener to understand New Moon Energy as a moment to allow ourselves to go within the shadowiest parts of our Spirit and offer them up for gratitude, self-awareness, and opportunities to change. By utilizing the image and character of Jesus, particularly praying in the Garden of Gethsemane, we are able to understand the reality that all beings have a shadow side, including the most sacred of Gurus.

Full Moon energy is about becoming, completing a cycle, wholeness, and shining bright and beautiful as the Truest Self. During the Full Moon we are allowed to step back and see ourselves for the Lunar Completion we have allowed the Spirit to experience.

The Naked Summer series exists to help the listener grapple with the tension of nudity and sexuality, while remaining rooted in their faith and trust in Divine- particularly if they have come from a background that shames sexuality, femininity, conservatism, and/or The Church.
