Last week, we talked about silent sobrietyânot as a way to hide, but as a practice of deepening your relationship with yourself. This week, weâre taking that a step further and exploring how to create safety from withinâbecause the first principle of the feminine way is knowing that true safety isnât something we find outside of ourselves.
Weâve been so conditioned to push, prove, and hustle that weâve lost touch with the pleasure of receivingâwhether itâs in our businesses, our relationships, or even in motherhood. But the feminine doesnât operate on force; she flows, she softens, she trusts.
In this episode, I share how shifting the financial dynamic in my marriage completely changed the energy in our home, allowing both Matthew and me to step more fully into our natural strengths. I also talk about how Iâve been reworking my relationship with coffee (yes, again!) and why loosening the gripâwhether on money, alcohol, or expectationsâis where real expansion begins.
Key Takeaways:
đż You donât have to âfigure it out.â You can just find out.
đż Resistance is a sign of growthâon the other side of it is expansion.
đż True giving is free of expectation. If itâs not, itâs not really giving.
đż Creating safety in your life starts with assessing your actual resources and challenging scarcity thinking.
đż When you soften and trust, you allow more pleasure, ease, and abundance to come in.
Iâd love to hear whatâs resonating for youâwhere in your life do you need to create more safety and ease? Send me a DM on Instagram and letâs chat!
