A simple key inscribed with "authenticity is the key" serves as my daily reminder to stay true to myself ... 

ANNNNNND it keeps me in the intentional vibration that Season 2 is all about:

Raw.  Real.  Unfiltered.  Unedited.  Imperfect.  Flowy.  ME ... without the overthinking and technical crap.

p.s. In this episode I say that 80% of our actions come from our subconscious mind.  I have heard this stat range from 80 - 85 - 90 - 95%!!!!!

I refuse to believe it's that high ... but it might be who the fuck knows (how do they even ASSESS this accurately?).  Nonetheless ... even 80% is a lot ... it MATTERS.

Do everything you can to reprogram your subconscious mind to support you in where you're GOING (not where you are fearing).
