I appreciate the opportunity to read and comment on the content from As Bill sees it and Daily Reflections.

One of the most incredible aspects of 12 step programs is the presence of God! It’s a philosophy I can truly believe in, one I can embrace and hold dear at my own speed. For me, my higher power is often called Hope, Vision, a picture of the future, or simply Imagination. I concentrate on the middle ground, and God then asks me a question: What are the potential paths you could take, and what possibilities exist for achieving those goals? And together, we explore those possibilities.

Let’s take a look at Hebrews 8:1-10:18 in both the CSV and NIV to get a clearer understanding.

I am currently reading Proverbs alongside Daily Reflections, seeking to understand their relevance to my personal experiences.

Reading scripture from the Bible helps me appreciate the world around me. When I notice and bless things, they seem wonderful. Every day is a chance to keep things in good shape. I need to call for the good, because that’s what it is all about. When God created the world, he said it was good—pleasant and wonderful. As representatives of God in Jesus, we are called to be gods, not just because we belong to God, but because God lives inside us, and we can become like God. What do you think? Let’s embrace that and make it part of our lives.
