Greetings welcome to today’s walking sermon and scripture readings.

Get out and walk, waking our heart up and keeping it strong.

Gods love, our efforts to stay in the loop will be rewarded.

Enthusiastic but need instructions!

God knows how we are made; dust and in need of a tremendous heap of grace and mercy, and we don’t even suspect it.

Learning to be joyful, can become a good habit, spirit soul and body. Our hearts are filled with the knowledge that God loves us. Ourselves are filled with the knowledge that we are loved RESPONSE joy, laughter, and thankful heart that God loves her so much we can give that to others.

Scripture reading for encouragement as I walk please put on your tennis shoes get out there and do exercise in the first 30 minutes of getting up.
