A quick run of a 2 day process and a new beginning! Happy to do what I’m told! What?! Yep, that part!

If you don’t feed it, it dies, if it does not reside within you, it cannot hurt you. There is NO Bully! A protected mental space is a Bully FREE Zone!

Honesty, being vulnerable and uncomfortable in order to do the work is the process. At times, protecting what is YOUr foundation can send you in another direction, but we all know right from wrong. How dirty are our hands? I’m telling you what’s on my heart to say.

From childhood, we have pushed through harsh judgement and difficult circumstances. They all inflict pain, then they haunt us. Where do we run?

We all have one or two? You be the judge, just own it and fine tune it! Grow from it!

This year is a Mother’s Day that is like no other. Understanding the harsh reality and adjusting to MY life. My strategy for healing is being vocal, that’s what I do!
