We're back! Mainly to deliver you another Member of the Month interview (Corrah interrogates Scribs), but also to say hello!

The podcast returns for one more episode... until we feel like doing it again!

Another action packed(?), weekly(?) podcast. Coachie and Treacle pop in to tell us about their Burley Moor run, and we discuss our cycling, swimming with a tiny bit of running thrown in. 

The usual training talk, with some very interesting site highlights, a Covid report from Lip Gloss and a wonderful tribute to KOG (aka Banjobax) from OldCroc.

We remember KOG, who very sadly  died last week and thank our community for the support they give. #fetchfam
