Things continue to escalate in Richmond, VA. Officially the formal Capitol of the traitorous Confederacy. With continued disproportionate reactions, inaccurate police reports, and perhaps a hint of retaliation through apathy, the divide widens. Double down with yet more tone-dead words from the President will bring out yet more. Well, this message is for those new to protests, and those that have been at it for years. *Other ways to support: drop off supplies- water, sealed snacks, milk of magnesia (this is a remedy for pepper spray, see the “tips” podcast for details. Share messages of others like mine. Drop sign supplies. There’s so much you can do. But most of all: RECORD AND REPORT when you see abuse. **This was a very challenging thing to do. Please bear with me as I constantly struggled to check my emotions, and deliver a message in such a way I can still be potent, but achieve greater reach.

I completely nerd out watching episode three, and hope this means Disney won’t completely destroy Star Wars. I understand they need to move on, but the heavy handed approach in the sequel trilogy has hope to be balanced by their Disney + content.
