Today's guest is James Whitfield. James is the Founder and CEO at Ex-Offenders Resource Network. Ex-Offenders network is an International network built to connect ex-offenders with jobs. James founded Ex-Offenders after experiencing difficulties on his own journey from prison back into the workforce. 

James is an independent film maker, with a skillset that includes leadership development, business intelligence and licensing. He is also the founder of a new social media platform, Our Turn Social Media Network.
