Shalom and good morning! Blessings for your day! HalleluYah, for this day Yahuah has given us, let us rejoice and be glad in it! Be a light shining bright on a hill for all to see! A light that comes after being refined by the fire of Yahuah! We obtain Fiery Faith from this refinement! HalleluYah! 

Yahuah, thank you for all that you provide every day and with every breath. Our heart beats at your will and desire so our feet walk in the path of righteousness that Yahusha walked in obedience to you. Your names Yahuah and Yahusha be exalted and blessed in all the earth by all living beings and by all of your creations! We praise you with hands raised and hearts bowed. We praise you always in all ways and forever! We lift the body of Yahusha for healing from any and all manner of ailments, physical, mental, and spiritual. We lift broken homes and marriages and families struggling with difficulties with their children who are being attacked and influenced by the dark working of wickedness on the earth. Father, we call out to you and in the name of Yahusha that our children be set free from any and all snares or oppression from the adversary or any principalities working for Satan's agenda. Cast these workers of wickedness that target our children into the outer darkness and place your angel armies around them to prevent further attacks. Our children are your children, Yahuah. We place them under the blood of Yahusha Ha'Mashiach and His salvation. Speak to the children and wake them to your will and way. We ask these things in faith obtained in the refinement you've given us, and in trust that you, Yahuah, are the one true Elohiym over all that exists, and you are mighty to save! In your name, Yahuah, and Yahusha Ha'Mashiach name, with the advocacy of the Ruach Ha'Qodesh, we pray, let it be so, and let your Kingdom come! Amein!

(4.9.24)

On the eighth day, following the seven days of their anointing and inauguration for the Priesthood, Aaron and his sons begin to officiate as kohanim (priests); a fire issues forth from Yahuah to consume the offerings on the altar, and the divine presence comes to dwell in the Sanctuary.

Aaron’s two elder sons, Nadav and Avihu, offer a “strange fire before יהוה, which He commanded them not” and die before יהוה. Aaron is silent in face of his tragedy. Moses and Aaron subsequently disagree as to a point of law regarding the offerings, but Moses concedes to Aaron that Aaron is in the right.

Yahuah commands the kosher laws, identifying the animal species permissible and forbidden for consumption. Land animals may be eaten only if they have split hooves and also chew their cud; fish must have fins and scales; a list of non-kosher birds is given, and a list of kosher insects (four types of locusts).

Also in Shemini are some of the laws of ritual purity, including the purifying power of the mikvah (a pool of water meeting specified qualifications) and the wellspring. Thus the people of Israel are enjoined to “differentiate between the impure and the pure.”

Happy prep day! Shalom and blessings family!! I praise Yahuah for this beautiful day and the opportunity to walk in His will and way for us! 

Yahuah, thank you for all that you provide for us! We know all things that we have come by your hands. You guide and direct us and those we gather with and you have blessed us with each other to comfort one another and grow with. Father, give us eyes to see your will and way and let us come unto you in Thanksgiving for what you have done each day. To wake us at your will and way. Wake us now, Father, prepare us as we need to be for what is coming. Open our heart and soften it to be a blessing to others and support them and care for them as they need it and strengthen us to endure. Father we lift all the petitions in our prayer room to you, those needs mentioned and those only you know about. We lift brethren we know and those we don't. We pray for moms who need encouragement and Dad's who need strength. We lift all needs to you! Protect us and show us how to fight these spiritual battles in these spiritual days! Our eyes are focused on Yahusha and we long to look into His glorious face and feel the warmth of the son upon our skin! Thank you Father for this day and all that you provide. We rejoice in the joy given by Yahusha in fullness! 

Father we lift all affected by earthquakes, storms, tornados, and all manner of destruction. We ask for your healing upon the injured, for the lost to be found, for assistance for those who have lost everything including family and lives. Your ways are above all and only you can help this injured and suffering world. Father we lift our sick, oppressed, our Widow's, our dying, lost, lonely, and prodigal children. (4.2.24)

Yahuah instructs Moses to command Aaron and his sons regarding their duties and rights as kohanim (“priests”) who offer the korbanot (animal and meal offerings) in the Sanctuary.

The fire on the altar must be kept burning at all times. In it are burned the wholly consumed ascending offering; veins of fat from the peace, sin and guilt offerings; and the “handful” separated from the meal offering.

The kohanim eat the meat of the sin and guilt offerings, and the remainder of the meal offering. The peace offering is eaten by the one who brought it, except for specified portions given to the kohen. The holy meat of the offerings must be eaten by ritually pure persons, in their designated holy place and within their specified time.

Aaron and his sons remain within the Sanctuary compound for seven days, during which Moses initiates them into the priesthood.

Yahuah, we praise you and thank you for the sunshine to grow our crops and warm our land and we thank you for the rain that nourishes and revitalizes those same crops. How important the sun and rain are for growth and nourishment. Your Son shines on us as well warming our soul and putting joy in our hearts giving us living water for thirsty souls that when we drink of His words, and pick up our stake, and follow His Way, Truth, and Life, we are given everlasting life. Father, you are enough and have provided all we need. Your Torah is sweetness in a bitter world. You turn the bitter waters we have traversed into sweetness through your son crucified upon a tree who willingly gave up his life to defeat death for all, casting himself into those bitter waters of sin, and giving us the sweetest living waters of salvation! HalleluYah! Blessed are your names Yahuah, Yahusha, and the Ruach Ha'Qodesh. We proclaim your names to all the earth ! Great is the one true Elohiym and mighty is He to save! Come one and all to drink from the living waters and be refreshed ! In the names of Yahuah, Yahusha, and the Ruach Ha'Qodesh that we pray, praise and proclaim, Amein !
