If what you believe to be faith has not been produced by The Word of GOD (Truth) then what you believe is not faith at all, it's a counterfeit.

Romans 10:17 says that Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of GOD.

You can ask anyone what is faith and chances are they will tell you that faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen, but what does that mean?

The major reason why there is a decline in Church attendance is because people are starting to "think" and now realize that most of what we've been made to believe doesn't line up with truth, fact or history.

To become a member of organized religion there are things, ideas, positions, doctrines, concepts and perceptions you are made to believe. Regardless of how hard you make your mind believe it when reality and truth is introduced, will it support what you believe? It's dangerous to go through life, under the idea that what you believe is only true in the absence of reality. Unfortunately, this is the case with organize religion.
