This week Dallas Greenaway started a new series called “Doubt It” where we will talk about how having questions (and even doubts) about God doesn’t have to be as scary or as shameful as we might think. This week, we talked about how you’re not alone in your questions or doubts. We looked at Psalms 22 and 88 and how even the psalmists doubted God and had questions about faith.

This week Dallas Greenaway closed our series “Choose Your Own Adventure” where we have been talking about living out the spiritual life. Dallas led us through 4 practices: 1) Moments of silence, solitude, and stillness 2) Meditation on our identity in Christ 3) Lifting up one another in prayer 4) Communion. 

This week Dallas Greenaway continued our series “Choose Your Own Adventure” where we will be talking about 4 spiritual disciplines of living the Christian life. Dallas talked about how we can change the world today, not just someday. We looked at Matthew 25:31-46 and how we can serve God by serving those around us, changing the world with one action at a time. Dallas challenged us to think about what we are passionate about today and what it looks like to have faith and action.

This week Dallas Greenaway started our new middle school series called “Choose Your Own Adventure” where we will be talking about 4 spiritual disciplines of living the Christian life. Dallas talked about spending time with God this week and how knowing God is an adventure, not a formula, and also how life with Jesus brings rest. We looked at Matthew 11:25-30 where Jesus says “come to me, and I will give you rest.” Dallas challenged us to look at our lives and if we are walking alongside Jesus, maybe meaning resting in Him by sitting in silence, solitude and stillness.

This week Dallas Greenaway continued our series “Choose Your Own Adventure” where we will be talking about 4 spiritual disciplines of living the Christian life. Dallas talked about relationships with others this week and how relationships are a choice, not an accident. We looked at Mark 2:13-17 and how Jesus came to call the sinners, so also was seen hanging out with sinners often. Dallas challenged us to look at who we surround ourselves with. We also looked at Romans 12:2 and the balance of our relationships with people who know Jesus and people who don’t.

This week Dallas Greenaway continued our middle school series, “Influencer.” Dallas talked about how we can be influencers by living small (and influencing the people closest to us) and dreaming big. We looked at Matthew 5:14-16 and being salt and light to those around us. Dallas challenged us to find something small we can do to influence the people closest to us for the better this week. Peter talked about how we need to have wisdom to become kingdom influencers. We looked at James 1:5-8 to see the wise influence from God. Peter challenged us to value wisdom, gain wisdom, and then share that wisdom to influence the lives of those around us. We hope you enjoy this message!

This week Dallas Greenaway opened up our new middle school series, “Influencer.” We will be talking about the people who influence us the most and how we can become influencers in other people’s lives. We looked at Philippians 2:1-9 and how we should follow Jesus’ lead in being humble. This week Bob Greer opens up our Christmas series and talks about Jesus’ birth at the time of Caesar Augustus’ rule in Luke 2. He talks about how people treated Caesar like an idol and challenges us to look at our lives and what we see as idols. Bob also talked about what it would look like if Jesus was king of our lives and how that would change our day to day life.
