Fiati allo Sport brings the notes of Italy’s band tradition to one of Lombardy’s most international gateways: Milan Bergamo Airport in Orio al Serio, which in these weeks is hosting live music by six local bands. And the other events continue across Lombardy too, in the provinces of Bergamo, Brescia, Cremona, Monza and Brianza, Milan, Sondrio and Pavia.These concerts are part of the wider music program created by the Tavolo Permanente delle Federazioni Bandistiche Italiane, within the Milan Cortina 2026 Cultural Olympics; the multidisciplinary, pluralistic and widespread program that is bringing events to life across Italy to promote Olympic values and strengthen dialogue between art, culture and sport, during the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. The initiative is made possible with the support of Regione Lombardia.

It takes breath to compete in the Olympic Games. And to play in a band? That too!Fiati allo Sport — an initiative promoted by the Tavolo Permanente delle Federazioni Bandistiche Italiane—brings together Lombardy’s musical tradition and the Milano-Cortina Olympic Games.From now through spring 2026, fifty free events across Lombardy will bring music into the cultural program of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games.From great classics like Donizetti, Ponchielli, and Monteverdi, to today’s most beloved pieces, music and sport will come together to give voice to the Olympic values of unity and brotherhood.And to stay in tune with the action, follow our calendar at www.fiatiallosport.tavolopermanente.org.This November, join us:
Saturday the 15th, at the Palacosima in Pisogne, with the Orchestra Fiati Giovanile Valle Camonica,
