In this episode Father John encourages us to take spiritual inventory of ourselves, to see those areas in which we do not "have it going on" and need to work on in our lives. Just as Jesus injected some reality into the lives of the Scribes and Pharisees, we need to ask him into our lives to help us see the reality of where we are spiritually.

Today's homily is from a reading of the Gospel of Mark that is a combination of miracles. One involves Jairus' 12-year-old daughter and  the other a sick woman in the crowd who touches Jesus' cloak. Father John talks to the fact that when it comes to miracles, there is no such thing as TMI (Too Much Information). This means that we should share the miracles God has performed in our lives, and spare no details in doing so. Enjoy!

Today's homily is based around the Gospel of Mark (Mark 5:21-43). Father John discusses the two miracles that take place in this reading. The first being the lady whose hemorrhaging is healed simply by touching Jesus cloak while he is on his way to visit Jairus' sick daughter. The second is the healing of Jairus' daughter after they have already declared her dead.
