Day trip to the Cougar Hot Springs. Mic was set up along the Cougar Hot Springs Trail on the way to the actual springs. Majority of the audio captured is from a small waterfall within near by Rider Creek along with the occasional bird call and passers by on their way to or from their soak in the natural springs.

One of the last great beach weekends of 2015, making it an extremely crowded day at Jones Beach. Generally roughly 9 ft, if not less separating you from other parties / families.
