We had some fun with this one. Played some trivia. Also worried about the White Sox... a lot.
Kimbrel has been bad for the White Sox, it's become an issue. Kris Bryant came back to Wrigley. Will Shohei Ohtani win the MVP????
The White Sox continue to limp through their games. The Cubs might be playing spoiler. What else is going around the rest of the league?
All of the White Sox have hamstring strains. Oscar and Ramiro also have hamstring strains so they were out for this week's episode. NL West race heating up, AL Wild Card heating up, Mets Metsing and of course, Ohtani.
The White Sox have taken the foot off the gas. The Mets are free falling, the Padres are fighting to stay afloat and the Yankees are unstoppable. Let's catch up!
We kinda don't want to talk about the Cubs... but we do. We recap the Field of Dreams game, we go over the whole Kimbrel/Hendriks thing and then we go over the standings. Oh and we argue about the playoff odds charts for a little bit.
The White Sox are finally nearing full strength and the the offense is showing it. There are some very tight races in the standings and we go over them. We also look at the MVP and Cy Young races.
The White Sox traded for Craig Kimbrel and it cost them. The Cubs breakup is getting nastier by the day. There were also a bunch of other trades around the league that we eventually get to.
Ramiro and Oscar both separately recorded some quick reactions to the trade deadline, these are those recordings.
The Craig Kimbrel trade happened and then I went into the studio to go live on Twitch. So most of this episode is the audio from the Twitch livestream. We'll record a more in-depth episode next week.
