“Most people don’t have any clue how good their body is designed to feel.” Nicole Sattler. You are designed to feel good in this body of yours. There is no perfect or one way of eating or nourishing your body.
You could eat the "perfect diet" and never nourish your body. Anastasia Galka
If you have little ears around feel free to throw on some headphones while you multi-task. A few minor swear words may be used in our adult conversation. Ex: Diet culture is total B.S.

What we store in our body
It’s still out in the culture that if your female it’s your fault. If your female it’s your body’s fault. There’’s something wrong with your body.
If we choose not to believe it, it will show up in our body without asking permission.- A
It’s hard to shift these with your conscious mind. Your conscious mind knows better.
Healing is our path and our journey, and this requires you. You don’t need anyone else. It’s all within you to heal yourself. -Anastasia

It's that time of year when we often get the spring cleaning itch. We have spent way too much time in our homes. Where do you start? How do you get it done? Most importantly, why does it matter? Space matters and greatly influences our choices, more than we even know.
It was such a pleasure to sit down with Kielyn Simonson, the owner of OrgaNice, and chat life, passion, and of course organization. If you are ready to make a change, overwhelmed by your space or feeling the COVID blahs with working from home, I invite you to listen to this episode. Don't forget to share it with a friend!
Enjoy hearing my daughter's school calling as her classroom shut down due to COVID and I am supposed to pick her ASAP in the midst of recording!
