Sharleen Linton, based in London, UK, is a Vocal Therapist, a Backup Singer and an Entrepreneur that has worked with several celebrities from Cheryl Cole to Jennifer Hudson. She's also a Certified EFT Practitioner, she also has a strong background in Psychology having studied Psychology at University.    

Her mission is to empower celebrity recording artists and up and coming artists to sing amazingly and give them the techniques to help them overcome fears and blocks around performing and being on stage, from stage fright and performance anxiety.

All that we are and all that we do..are our habits!

Our habits are created from repetitious behavior over time. The mind etches them into patterns called neural pathways. These neural pathways help to govern our lives and make everyday tasks simpler. But, we don't all have habits that serve us. In fact, most of our habits aren't success habits; most of our habits are bad habits.

The goal is to overpower our bad habits with good, healthy habits!

You are only one decision away from a completely different life! This is a great place to start!!

Here are my top 10 Activities/Habits to do Daily for Massive Success!

1. MINDSET — the success you desire is 80% mindset and 20% strategy!

Knock out your negative thoughts, write new beliefs and affirmations, brain dumb, write out 10 reasons why you are amazing at what you do! Just spend time working on your mindset and clearing those negative thoughts holding you back!

2. READ — Read for a certain time or a certain amount of pages! Not all readers are leaders BUT all leaders ARE readers!

3. DREAM— Spend some time Visualizing and or Meditating with your dreams in mind! You always want to keep your dreams close so even if you start your day with a Pinterest dream board, I want you to know what your dream is going to look like and then visualize it actually coming into reality!

4. BE ACTIVE — work out. Go for a walk/ dance around your house start somewhere even if its just a quick 15 min walk around the neighborhood!

5. PLAN—Set daily goals the night before or in the morning! Focus on the 6 most important things that need to get done—make 3 non negotiable!! Always set yourself up for a win, even if its accomplishing 3 small things!

6. CREATE — Set a goal to create one new post a day or if you don't do that work on creating something…a new freebie, program, etc! Never stop creating BUT create from a place of inspiration!!

7. GET VISIBLE (livestream, post, stories,) — People have to know who you are to want to work with you or buy your services or products!! Go live, talk about life or a specific topic, post your content, promote your offers, book calls, focus on putting yourself out there to reach your goals!!

8. GROW — How do you want to grow your business today? Focus on growth in one area each day (fb group, email list, programs, sales, etc.)

9. ENGAGE & CONNECT —Follow up with people you have previously talked to, comment on peoples posts, add new friends on social media, private message people and BE GENUINE…everyone just wants to feel important!

10. GET SUPPORT — reach upwards for help not side to side! Get support from someone who has done what you want to do in your life! If something didn't work as well as you would have liked one day, get some feedback! Ask for help in your journey! You are your biggest asset! You deserve to invest in yourself!
