We're back after two weeks off and we're ready to talk about the Last of Us and the big James Gunn DC announcement. Fig and Lock give our general impressions of the Last of Us and whether it's living up to expectations and how it compares to previous genre versions like the Walking Dead. Also, big DC news and James Gunn lay out his plan for the DC Creative Universe, is there a plan and does it make sense?

Also, we've seen Wednesday and we're ready to share our (spoiler filled) thoughts. We've digested our turkey, and given thanks, now we're ready to talk pop culture.

This week Fig and Lock discuss what your anger is worth to social media companies, and what would social media look like if you had to pay for it. Also this week, the mid-term results, what does it mean that the Democrats faired well despite early predictions of a "Red Wave." Lastly, we provide our reviews of Wakanda Forever (some spoilers included).

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! This week Fig and Lock are joined by special guest Kiki to discuss each of their top five favorite Halloween Horror Movies. But before we get there the trio will discuss Henry Cavill and his turnover of the Witcher, Mr. Fig will provide his review of Black Adam (mostly spoiler free), and they'll talk about Guillermo Del Torro's new Cabinet of Curiosities.

NO DEEP DISCUSSIONS THIS WEEK! With the release of Black Adam, Fig and Lock talk about the success of Dwayne Johnson and his efforts to carry the DCU on his ginormous back. Can a power house like the Rock save the DCU? Also we'll talk about the upcoming Wakanda Forever and round out the discussion with our assessment on who are Hollywood's Directoral Masters. Kanye West has been an inspiration for many, but his latest spat of alarming behavior calls into question how role models positively and negatively impact our lives, and how we as parents need to guard against how the negative impacts effects our children.
