On Fight Back , Attorney Steve Bartlett will argue that major reforms are crucial to reducing gun violence. Mass shooting will be greatly reduced if the government provided universal affordable mental health care, including prescription drugs. Gun Violence in the inner cities will be reduced by decreasing the influence of gangs, ending the war on drugs, reforming criminal sentencing laws, and prioritizing education.
