1 Peter 2:13-25. Peter is now dealing with how we should live in response to what we believe. In this section he considers submission.

Peter is moving from an individual focus to a corporate one. He leads us to look to Jesus and consider our identity and calling.

Jesus promised His disciples (and us) He would one day return for His bride--the Church. The question is, are you ready? Join us as we look at John 14:1-6.

This sermon emphasizes the importance of the Word of God in the Christian life. Successful progress in sanctification requires a longing for the Word of God. We continue our study through 1 Peter with a look at 1 Peter 1:13-25. As we close out this first chapter we are reminded once again of the great and glorious work God has done for us in Christ Jesus. God's great and glorious work in us is evidenced through a transformed life. What does that transformed life look like? Does it really matter how I live today? Does right now matter forever? What about that day when I see Jesus? Join us as we answer these questions and more!

As we continue our journey through 1 Peter we get yet another glimpse of glory as we further consider the blessings of redemption. In this message, we consider redemption from three angles: (1) It's Majesty, (2) It's Mystery, and (3) It's meaning. Be sure and listen to the first two messages for context. Blessings!

Having assured believers God is aware of who they are and where they are, Peter continues giving us glimpses of glory on our way to the Celestial City. In this message, we begin looking at the blessings of redemption.

We are journeying to the Heavenly City. Along the journey we will experience suffering. Peter encourages us to stay the course even as we suffer.
