Building a strong Data and Analytics team is very challenging, it needs a lot of effort and understanding of the complementing skills required within the team as well as the Analytics maturity level you are operating at.  In this session, I didn't cover the technical skills. I covered the soft skills that are essential to have in your team.  My chat was based on my MBA dissertation, my research, as well as my personal thoughts as a practitioner in the field*
