“I can shake off everything as I write; my sorrows disappear, my courage is reborn.”
Anne Frank
Hey ya’ll, I wanted to do this pod to offer a certain level of comfort & support.
You may be finding yourself lonely, scared, anxious, many of us are.
In an uncertain world in uncertain times is when true leaders will shine and many of us reach for our calling.
Your hearing now, more and more about how this time is a gift, a span of days to where if you deem fit, to pivot and head in the direction you knew your life was meant to head.
It's an emotional time and
Many of us bottle up our emotions which adds to the uncertainty,
the anxiety and really,
making it difficult to gain clarity
Preventing us from having extreme certainty and taking immense action in the direction of our dreams.
Preventing us from creating that legacy and becoming SUPER HUMAN.
My hope is that by the end of this podcast you would have learned a new tool or have gained a new appreciation for an old one.
Joan Didion - American Writer in the 60’s
“I don't know what I think until I write it down.”
There are countless reasons to journal, even so now more than ever.
It's hard not to feel:
Jumbled
Confused
Hoping for some kind of positive change
Lonely
Scared
Bored
Overwhelmed
Suffering pain
Having a feeling of Unfamiliarity
Upset
Dealing with a problem
Are you spilling your emotions onto people in your life?
We need a way to deal with these feelings:
You can think of Journaling as a form of therapy
To feel it in order to heal it.
