We wrap up our Filling Empty series today, remembering our foundational concept one more time: when feeling empty, know that God is the only one who truly fills us. Remembering that God is the one who truly fills helps us to have futures that are filled by Him. We can trust all of our days to the God of yesterday, today, and forever! Pastor Brandon enlightens us to see the couple of ways we often misuse "tomorrow", and the unnecessary pain that it causes. First, we often pull tomorrow's challenges into today, complicating today's challenges. Second, we push today's challenges into tomorrow, complicating tomorrow's challenges. Through looking at the scriptures and God's warning to focus on today and not to worry about tomorrow, we are lead to ultimately see that trusting God with our future fills us with peace today.
