Tim Wilkime is a brilliant writer, director, and sketch comedian based out of LA but originally from here in the midwest (Illinois though)

His short film Milton displays the awkward first encounter a man has with his girlfriend's family; an encounter taking place none other but at the bedside of his girlfriends dying grandfather.

The characters and writing are fantastic and the film will leave you laughing, crying, and cringing all at once.

Today we are joined by the talented Kirk Larsen in a discussion surrounding his dark comedy short film, "Dig Your Own Grave."

Dig explores and pokes fun at the cliche found in many a crime film in which a condemned victim is ordered to dig their own grave. The only problem is, well... that can be really difficult.  The film contains exquisite dialogue, emotional character portrayals, and an undertone of what I believe to be profound social commentary.
