Legendary filmmaker Jerzy Skolimowski directs one of his most free and visually inventive films yet, placing the viewer directly in the heart and mind of the titular four-legged protagonist. Playing the role of EO are six donkeys named Ettore, Hola, Marietta, Mela, Rocco, and Tako. The film also has human actors as well, including Sandra Drzymalska, Lorenzo Zurzolo, Mateusz Kosiciukiewicz, and the legendary Isabelle Huppert.
