1993's Demolition Man is one of my top films! The commentary is worth listening to. A police officer is brought out of suspended animation in prison to pursue an old ultra-violent nemesis who is loose in a non-violent future society. Directed by Marco Brambilla, the same guy that directed Kanye West's Power!

Don't sleep on 2004's Hellboy directed by Guillermo del Toro. This director is very unique and has a very strong style and point of view in all of his films. His commentaries are very informative and technical. I highly recommend Guillermo del Toro's commentaries. This Hellboy is full of film-making tips!
