Damien is off this week in the PNW, so Ryan is at the helm once more! Aren't we lucky. But, with him is our esteemed colleague, Chris Sweeney of Markin' Out! Chris & Ryan delve into their predictions of Double or Nothing, hanging out at the Create A Pro's Grand Stage event, the Best of the Super Juniors Tournament in NJPW, Vince's sinking ship and for the first time EVER, Chris steps into the FFC $100,000.00 Pyramid! 

Back in the saddle and riding a dead horse all the way back to your ears, the great FFC refresh is upon us! Ryan takes charge of the podcast to take a trip down execution lane and tell the story of one of the most controversial wrestlers of all time, Tommy Billington aka the Dynamite Kid, as well as discussing the weird happenings of Kota Ibushi and NJPW and a run down on Create-A-Pro Wrestling's upcoming event, The Grand Stage! 

Damien and Ryan reminsce on the most shocking development in one of the greatest comeback stories in wrestling history, from Cody Rhodes departure from WWE, his rise through ROH, NWA and NJPW and ultimately helping to create one of the hottest wrestling promotions in decades before leaving again....before also shamelessly and mercilessly burying him. The lads also discuss some of the other most impactful and shocking departures and comebacks in wrestling history, from the territories and the Attitude Era to the present day! Did we mention we bury Cody Rhodes? Cuz we do that. 

Ryan and Damien discuss the intense pain that was Royal Rumble 2022 and the Shattered Dreams (tm) that it created. More importantly, though, they discuss how there's way too much good wrestling out there to be this upset over one promotion or one bad show. Wrestling has never been more alive, after all!

Create A Pro Wrestling and Beyond Wrestling megastar Bryce Donovan is back to help Damien and Ryan talk about an ungodly amount of wrestling events, namely Wrestle Kingdom 16, the NJPW/Pro Wrestling NOAH supershow and Impact Hard to Kill! Bryce definitely drinks alcohol with everyone, Damien forgets who Tatsushi Fujinami is, and Ryan is just completely lost.

A guide to all the matches, including the special NJPW/NOAH supercard, as well as taking a look at the history of 60 minute time limit draws and why they went from commonplace to controversy. Ryan does not talk about towels.

Ryan and Damien are back to celebrate Cowboy Shit, run down NJPW and discuss the upcoming supercard with Pro Wrestling Noah and celebrate the life of the Black and Gold brand as NXT ushers in a new era, before looking at some of the wackier gimmicks to get over throughout the years. Ryan also talks about towels.
