The problem is that because there's a gap between where you are right now, and where you want to be, it affects your BELIEF in actually achieving that next level. Even though you know it's possible; it's what you want and desire, because you haven't achieved it before / yet it's just out of reach. By using the chunk down method you can increase your belief system so your brain knows just how attainable it is and your confidence moving towards this goal skyrockets.
