Dr Chris speaks with registered acupuncturist and business professional Samuel Lynch.

Having held high level logistics and operations managerial positions prior to finishing his degree, Samuel entered the field of acupuncture already possessing a strong business acumen and savvy. Along with his wife Jane he is co-owner of Elevate Acupuncture based in Redland City in Queensland.

Dr Chris speaks with Jost Sauer, acupuncturist, popular author, lifestyle medicine expert and coach. With over 30 years of therapeutic experience, his unique approach to health and wellness has touched the lives of thousands of people and inspired many more.

​Dr Chris speaks with Jacinta Eales, registered acupuncturist and nutritionist. After graduating from her Bachelor of Health Science majoring in acupuncture in 2015, she then completed an advanced diploma in nutritional medicine. This allows her to prescribe nutritional supplements and provide naturopathic style dietary advice which she combines with her Chinese medicine knowledge.

As a practitioner, she has a keen interest in women’s hormonal disorders, skin conditions such as acne and all things surrounding fertility. Other areas of her clinical focus include stress management, sleep issues, fatigue, and cancer support. Dr Chris caught up with Jacinta following her immersion in the seminar for the Kiiko Matsumoto style of acupuncture.

3 generations of practitioners talk about all things Tui Na and acupuncture. Dr Chris is joined by guests Martin McKenzie and Ivan McWilliams, Chinese Medicine practitioners in Australia with a passion for Tui Na massage.

After studying Oriental medicine and practices such as qigong and shiatsu, Martin found himself as a student to Ivan in an 8-month apprenticeship where he learned first-hand the clinical application of Tui Na. Dr Chris speaks with Dr Chantelle Muellner and Dr Angus Timms, registered acupuncturists from New Brighton, New South Wales. Chantelle and Angus met in their first year of study at Endeavour college and they have now both been practicing for over 3 years since completing their degrees. Dr Chris speaks with Dr Olivia Janz, Registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner from Brisbane. Acupuncture and Chinese medicine have always played a key role in Olivia’s life, having grown up in a household where her father was also an acupuncturist and herbalist. Olivia has been in practice for over three years at the Kenmore Centre for Health. In this multi-modality family business she works alongside two other acupuncturists, a naturopath and massage therapists. Olivia enjoys a broad practice treating musculoskeletal complaints, stress and anxiety, general health, women’s health, fertility and pregnancy.

Olivia was awarded best paper for a first presentation at the Australasian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Annual Conference (AACMAC) in 2017 presenting on Obstetric Cholestasis. Olivia has studied Bowen Techniques as an adjunct to musculoskeletal treatment. Olivia also utilises trigger point acupuncture, auricular and abdominal acupuncture techniques along with Chinese herbal medicine in her practice.
