It’s called FEARLESS FRIDAYS, a simple but powerful weekly challenge where you take just 10 minutes every Friday to do ONE thing that feels uncomfortable, scary, bold, courageous, or completely out of your comfort zone.
Because here’s what I’ve realized:
Confidence doesn’t come BEFORE courage.
It comes AFTER it.
This year I’ve been showing up scared and finally doing the little and big things I’ve dreamed about for YEARS — posting videos, going live, asking for help, reaching out to people, trying new things, taking messy action — and honestly? It has changed me.
I’ve built more confidence, momentum, courage, and follow-through this year than I have in a loooong time… and Fearless Fridays has been a huge part of that.
